Focus Quest Activity System: What's Inside, Page by Page

The Focus Quest Activity System is a set of 300 printable activities for ages 3 to 12, built around a 10-minute daily routine over 10 weeks. It comes as digital files you print at home, with an answer key, a routine planner, 50 game cards for screen-free play, a celebration pack, coloring pages and a small web app. This page walks through exactly what is in it, so you can decide whether it fits your family.
The core: 300 activities in 3 levels
| Level | Name | Ages | Activities |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Little Explorers | 3 to 5 | 100 |
| 2 | Brave Adventurers | 6 to 8 | 100 |
| 3 | Master Questers | 9 to 12 | 100 |
Each level is available as its own PDF and as part of one Complete Edition with all 300 activities. Each activity page has a code, such as L1-01, printed at the bottom. Within a level, the activities are arranged from easier to harder.

How it is delivered
Everything is digital: PDFs to download and print, and a web app. You choose what to print, so you can print one page at a time. The pages are designed for US Letter paper and to work in black and white with color accents.
A typical day
A session takes about 10 minutes: one minute to set up, four minutes for each of two activities, and a minute to tick the box and celebrate. The Routine Planner lists which two activities to do each day. See the 10-week focus routine plan for the full schedule.
What it is not
- Not a medical or therapeutic product. The activities are for practice and play.
- Not a full curriculum. It does not replace reading or math programs.
- Not a promise of results by a date. Children vary.
- Not everything in the catalog. Add-ons such as Progress & Rewards Charts, the Travel & Waiting-Room Pack, Calm & Feelings and Early Math are separate and sold on their own.
How the pieces fit together
The three level PDFs and the Complete Edition hold the activities. The Routine Planner tells you which two to do each day. The Answer Key Book checks them. The Parent Guide explains how to run a session. The Screen-Swap Cards and the web app cover the moments when you want something without printing a page. The Celebration Pack and coloring pages are for marking progress and for quiet time. You can use all of it or just the parts you like.
Printing tips
Print only what you need for the week. Standard US Letter paper works, and most pages look fine in black and white, so you can save color ink for the coloring pages and certificates. A three-ring binder or a simple folder keeps finished pages together, and a pencil case on the same shelf makes it quick to start.
Who it suits
- Families who want a simple daily routine without planning each day.
- Parents looking for screen-free options that kids can finish.
- Children aged 3 to 12 who like puzzles, mazes and pencil activities.
It may not suit a family looking for a school curriculum or one wanting purely hands-on play with no paper.
Compare before you decide
If you are weighing a set like this against loose pages, read activity book vs random worksheets. To see which level fits each age, read printable activities by age.
